William Mancino provides comprehensive financial planning. Bill joined Baird in 2022 in conjunction with the Hefren-Tillotson merger. He started at Hefren-Tillotson in 2008, building a practice based on developing deep client relationships. Within his team, the Mancino – Utz group, Bill works towards his goal of seeing clients to and through retirement. The most important aspect of his job is being his client’s most trusted advisor.
Bill is a 1987 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in political science. Prior to joining Hefren-Tillotson, he was Director of Adult Probation and Parole Services in Lawrence County, PA for 12 years.
William resides in New Castle, PA with his wife Dusty and his two sons Joseph & Anthony.
